Build an app around your data
Most data-powered apps have a familiar shape: bring in some data, write logic that makes it useful, and give people an interface to work with it. Sometimes you also want an assistant that can answer questions or take action.
Vortexify gives those pieces a place to run together. You build in a local workspace with your preferred coding agent. Use Python for data processing and backend operations, and React for the interface. The CLI saves, runs, and publishes your work. The web UI lets you inspect data, saved source versions, runs, conversations, and hosted apps.
Pick the pieces your workflow needs
| What the app needs | Where to build it |
|---|---|
| Data refreshed from another system | A connector and sync |
| Reusable calculations or prepared datasets | A transform |
| Records users create or change | A managed database |
| A request that reads, calculates, or writes | A backend API |
| Forms, tables, and interactions | A React app |
| Conversations grounded in data and actions | An assistant |
Your coding agent edits source and uses the CLI to save and execute it. The platform is also part of the workflow: inspect data and run results, compare saved versions, browse business knowledge, and open deployed apps. Each building guide explains the relevant behavior and what must be ready before the next step.
Build one working path first
You do not need to set up every kind of resource to begin. Start with a single backend operation and a screen that calls it. Add data sources, background processing, or an assistant when your app needs them.
Install the tools, then build your first app. For a fuller picture, put the pieces together with one small prediction app.
